In line with NSW Government recommendations, we are strongly encouraging all our team members to wear face masks in store.
In addition, we will continue to provide hand sanitiser to customers to continually ensure the cleanliness of our stores and the health and well-being our our team members and customers.

No Flu Symptoms, No Loitering & No Browsing Without Intent to Purchase Policy
To further protect the health and safety of our team members and customers, we have introduced the following policies:
- customers who display any flu symptoms are not permitted to enter our stores
- customers who intend to loiter in store are not permitted to enter our stores
- customers who do not have a definite intent to purchase are not permitted to enter our stores
If these policies are not adhered to, our team members have the right to request customers leave the store and if need be, call security to ensure compliance.

New Counter Policies
In addition to our policies below, our stores have been instructed to implement the following policies in the interests of health and safety for of our team members and all customer:
- customers will be asked to place items on our counters in a manner that our team members can enter the sale without touching the items.
- customers will not be allowed to stand too close to the counter to enforce government mandated social distancing.
- our team members will no longer bag items for customers. Instead a bag will be provided to the customer and the customer will be expected to bag the items themselves.
- customers will be expected to tear off their own receipts.

Our stores are open and our teams are eager to help you with home schooling aids, indoor/outdoor activities, boredom busters and anything fun that will lighten up your lockdown. As the situation unfolds we may adjust our trading hours. Please constantly check our store locations page or google for any changes to our trading hours.
Our online store www.caseystoys.com.au continues to operate uninterrupted. We are currently dispatching same day with Australia Post. With over 3,000 items available online we have a great selection of items to keep the kids occupied in the coming weeks. Take advantage of our capped $7.95 flat rate shipping to metro Sydney and our $9.95 flat rate shipping Australia wide.
Call & Collect
To avoid unnecessary time in public spaces, why not call our stores to help you select the perfect toy, game or hobby item. Pay over the phone with your credit card and your item will be waiting for you in store for a quick pick up.
At our Erina and Campbelltown stores we now have a drive thru service. Call one of these stores to help you select the perfect toy, game or hobby item. Pay over the phone with your credit card and then once you're in the car park, give the store a call and a team member will bring your purchase out to your car. No need to leave the safety of your car!
We are closely watching all government recommendations and will act accordingly. We therefore cannot guarantee that our stores will be open uninterrupted in the coming weeks and months. We therefore recommend and encourage customers who have outstanding laybys to collect them as soon as possible.
In the event that our stores are closed, gift cards can still be used on our online store.

Queue Management at Registers
We ask our customers to practice the government recommended social distancing of 1.5m while waiting in queues at our registers. Please respect this rule for the safety and heath of our team members and all our customers.

Touchless Payment Options
In a further attempt to reduce contact between people, we encourage all customers to utilise the touch-less payment method of Tap n Go. Don't worry ... we still accept cash but please try avoid using it.
To ensure that our stores are as safe as possible, we have strict policies in place to ensure that any of our staff members that are sick and/or are in contact with a sick family member and/or are in contact with people who have travelled overseas remain in quarantine for the prescribed 14 day period. We also ask that any customers that are in the same predicament avoid entering our store for the safety and heath of our team members and all our customers.
We have also implemented stricter cleaning policies in store to ensure a higher degree of hygiene.
