Low Sensory Shopping Hour
Every Tuesday between 10:30am and 11:30am.
We've introduced a weekly one hour low-sensory shopping experience by making changes in our stores that reduces noise, visual triggers and distractions. These changes are designed to help make a difference to customers who find it challenging to shop in a heightened-sensory environment.
Here are the changes you can expect:
- no music playing
- no promotional TVs or screens playing
- a request for other customers to be respectful and reduce noise
- limited in-store PA announcements
- calm, quiet environment
- aisles clear of boxes and/or trollies
- limited display lighting
