The CollectA extremely large Megamouth Shark model is 20.5 cm long and 5.5 cm high. It is one of the rarest sharks in the world. This figure stands out from other species because of its big mouth and round head.
Since its discovery in 1976, the Megamouth Shark has only been seen a few hundred times in the wild. Its soft body, small, rounded fins, and dark coloring give it a distinctive appearance that almost seems prehistoric.
In reality, this shark can grow up to 7 meters long and weigh over 1,200 kilograms. Feeding mainly on plankton, it glides through deep waters, and this detailed model offers a chance to appreciate a rarely observed ocean giant.
