Terms & Conditions

General
  • Promotion runs from Tuesday 8th July 2025 to Sunday 20th July 2025, inclusive.
  • Spend $160 or more in one transaction at Casey's Toys during this period and receive a $20 cashback in the form of a Casey's Toys Cashback Gift Voucher.
  • Casey's Toys Cashback Gift Vouchers will not be issued on the day of purchase.
  • Casey's Toys Cashback Gift Vouchers will be emailed to the customer on Thursday 31st July 2025 and can then be used for payment at any Casey's Toys store or redeemed online at www.caseystoys.com.au.

Receiving Your Cashback
  • Casey's Toys Cashback Gift Vouchers will only be issued from Thursday 31st July 2025.
  • Casey's Toys Cashback Gift Vouchers will only be issued for the amount of actual funds paid by the customer (eg. cash, EFTPOS, credit card, Zip, Afterpay or other payment methods), including if they purchase a Casey's Toys Gift Card. 
  • Casey's Toys Cashback Gift Vouchers will only be issued if a valid email address is provided.
  • Casey's Toys Cashback Gift Vouchers will only be issued for online orders excluding shipping costs.
  • Casey's Toys Cashback Gift Vouchers will not be issued when another discount is claimed on the same transaction.
  • Casey's Toys Cashback Gift Vouchers will not be issued for payments made using Casey's Toys Gift Cards.
  • Casey's Toys Cashback Gift Vouchers will not be issued for payments or installments made on new or existing laybys.
  • Casey's Toys Cashback Gift Vouchers will not be issued where deliberate 'splitting' of purchases has occurred to gain extra vouchers.
  • Casey's Toys Cashback Gift Vouchers will be voided in the event of a refund.

Paying with Casey's Toys Cashback Gift Vouchers
  • Casey's Toys Cashback Gift Vouchers can only be used for payment up until 25th December 2025. Thereafter Casey's Toys Cashback Gift Vouchers will no longer be accepted for payments.
  • Casey's Toys Cashback Gift Vouchers cannot be used for any layby payments, including the initial deposit, subsequent installment payments & final payment.
  • Casey's Toys Cashback Gift Vouchers cannot be used to exchange for cash, gift cards or credits.
  • For refunds, the amount of the Casey's Toys Cashback Gift Vouchers used for payment in the original transaction will also be refunded as a Casey's Toys Cashback Gift Voucher.

Other
  • Casey's Toys is not responsible for Casey's Toys Cashback Gift Vouchers that are lost, damaged or misplaced & cannot replace them in such a scenario.
