The F-5A Freedom Fighter is a 1:72 scale model kit that offers a detailed replica of this Cold War-era aircraft. This replica, which is 20 cm long, showcases the streamlined and agile design that made the F-5A a popular option for numerous air forces across the world.

Designed by Northrop in the 1950s, the F-5A was meant to be a cheap and light fighter for NATO member nations. It had 2 General Electric J85-GE-13 engines that gave it a top speed of 1,700 km/h and two 20 mm guns on the nose that made it very good at fighting.
