The 5 Second Rule by University Games is a board game which requires players to be fast thinkers and talkers to win the game, and the rules are simple, and the game is full of fun. You will find 376 question cards, 12 pass on cards, 12 switch cards, 6 playing pawns, 1 board, 1 spiral timer, and a set of instructions in the box. The board has a start and endpoint with danger zones. Each player takes turns on the hot seat and has to answer a question from the question cards like 'Name three breeds of dogs". They have five seconds to think of the answer and say it loudly. If the player gets it wrong-the question passes on to the next player who again has 5 seconds to think of entirely different responses from the previous player. The switch and pass on cards help during the game, but the danger zone can be a deterrent. When the first player reaches the finish point, they win the game. The game is for 3 to 6 players and is recommended for children over 8 years old. The average time to complete a game with 3 players is approximately 15 minutes.
