All products on are website are supplied subject to availability. We will use our best endeavours to supply you with the product you have ordered from us. On occasion however, goods that are displayed on our website and purchased by you may not be available. In most cases, this is as a result of timing differences between the time you finalise your order and the dispatch of the order from our warehouse. This may also be as a result of the short supply or unavailability of the product you have ordered being available from our suppliers. If this occurs, we will contact you and offer you a part dispatch for the balance of your order that is available or issue you with a refund or credit note for that part of the order that cannot be supplied.
